WU: 10 min EZ; Zone 1-2; rpms 80-85
MS: HIT Session: 5 min (4′ 30″ Hard Z3-4 ; 75 rpm then 30″ Harder Z4-5; 65 rpms) w/5 min RI EZ at 80-85 rpms x 5
CD: 5 min EZ same as WU
