Doing the "little things"
Try these simple exercises while preparing for the day.
Tighten your abs while brushing your teeth. This helps work the core.
While in the shower, waiting for the water to heat up, stand on your heels. This works the often neglected anterior tibialis muscle in the front lower leg (running&cycling).
While your back is soapy, in the shower, wash your back by bending your elbow and reaching your lower back with the back of your hand. While doing that, reach your upper back with the other hand. This works internal and external rotators of the shoulder (swimming).
While standing at the sink stretch your calves(running). On the way to work, and at home, climb the stairs taking 2 steps at a time.
