Some of us wake up very early on Sunday mornings to meet with each other at 6:30 to complete a bike ride or a brick session. This way we have the rest of the day for chores or just plain Sunday fun! That’s Dave M. at the top celebrating another successful brick session and Chip, Doug F., and Bryan before a 30+ mile ride. We have all had a very productive summer season of training and look forward to some easy base work over the winter……
