Training indoors

At times the weather can keep you from training outdoors(snow). To make the indoor training sessions more interesting try the following:

  • Use an ipod or mp3 player. The music will distract you from thinking of the time.
  • Place a TV and/or DVD player infront of the bike, treadmill, or elliptical
  • Increase and decrease the intensities. Play with the settings to distract yourself. Do a certain intensity for 5 min then another for 3 min.
