Tip #24

Use gloves when the temps are below freezing or if it just feels like a cold day. We lose large amounts of heat through our head, hands and feet. Covering the hands will help hold on to that heat and add comfort on those cold runs. If it starts feeling warm just take them off and hold them for the reaminder of the session.
